Thanks for your newsletter. We’re transitioning by growing our own produce and eating mostly vegetables and fruit – cooked and raw.
We started this summer with main dish salads – a big bowl of salad topped with frittata (we have our own chickens), or salmon, or even a thick vegetable stew – or a dessert salad with greens and fruit (instead of cobbler, etc).
Now we’re experimenting more raw with more of our vegggies maturing.
My husband’s blood pressure is down and we’re feeling great.
Thanks again – love your TV show, too!

When we realize that food can be our saving grace, our medicine, our longevity-enhancer, our life-blood… I know that we are on the correct pathway. It makes me sad to hear people who say, “I can’t eat just fruits and veggies. My life would be miserable. I would rather die. Besides, you can’t get enough protein!” AAAAGGGGHHHHH!!!
My biggest wish would be for each person to learn the pathway of good health through introspection, study, investigation, reading and TRYING to see just how wonderful we can feel!
I SO LOVE my fruits and veggies and all the other wonderful things that I am eating now. I feel vibrant; my head is clear; my energy is off the charts, and I love to share the message of the nutritional approach to wellness.
Thank you for all you share and all the time you spend to share information with your readership and “fan club!”

Wow, last night I received my Home Study Program. I cannot tell you how pleased I am – - oh my goodness – - when I look at all that wonderful information. I cannot wait to dig into it… in fact tonight I want to watch about composting because I need to begin doing that with my wheatgrass remains..
Thank you a thousand times for putting this all together… this is the best information out there . . . and whether or not others know it, they need it as much as I do.
Thank you also for all the wonderful bonus materials.. I attended CHI in August.. its only one month later.. but I need to be really engrossed in this material.. I see the improvements but want to make even more changes for myself..
I feel that I can now get rid of all my other health books.. don’t need that almost useless information anymore.. not when I now have the best in all the world.
Many many many thanks to you for putting this all together..
Chris

It’s interesting to me that … with the growth of the raw and living food movement over the past decade, and all the gurus and programs out there, that this program contains all that needs to be known, and it really is a case of a wheel not needing to be reinvented.

Jim, I am so inspired by your site. I’m a Vegan and eat about 50% of my food raw but am aiming for 100%… I feel great!
Thank you.

Since I am a tool diva, I reconstructed my dinning room into a full pledge Raw Food Room, painting it a serenity green building shelves for my books, DVDs and my small TV, glass bowls, glasses, utensils and a shelf for sprouting seeds. I even built a space for a sink which I got free from Craig list, it is a small but very heavy beautiful old fashion brown double sink that goes perfect with the decor and the window sills and my woodworking is brown too.
I built a special long island shelf for my juicer, blender, food processor grinder and all that’s needed for my raw food preparations. I found this beautiful sculpture lamp of a foreigner woman who resembles Ann Wigmore, and she is holding a mixing bowl of porridge or soup or whatever in her hands, I am trying to find a place for her so she can be the focal point to my Raw Food Room., and her I named her Ann Wigmore, besides her I will write a brief history of her.
Since Primates are the true definition of Raw Foods, I bought a really unique Monkey who actually feels and sounds real, she sits on top of my TV.
Now I have to give my raw food space a name and I am so inspired by my hard work, all I want to do is learn, learn, learn about raw foods.
I have a kitchen here but since my eldest daughter who lives with me – eats meat, I wanted to separate my choice of eating with her choice, so my dinning room was sitting there with no activity and now it is ALIVE……
My daughter who lives with me Tanya, sits with me in the our Raw Food room and loves the Raw Food I prepare, but she tells me she loves her meat…hopefully my daughter Tawana and I can help her sway away from meat forever..
I hooked one of my youngest daughter Tawana and her family on raw food now she is trying to hook me on yoga.
I read the post you sent by Noami regarding people who just learned about raw foods and now they are giving advice as if they are experts.. I had that experience recently.. My youngest daughter who name is Tawana, went to a raw food presentation we learned how to make raw tacos and cheese cake. When the presentation was over I asked the host if I can see and smell the scent of the Sun dried tomatoes, she said yes, I walked over to the table picking up the bowl, ready to smell their scent then out of no where this woman walked up to me saying with a loud voice, don’t smell those tomatoes you could have germs or a virus and give it to all of us.
She said she was the director of the Wold Beat center and she has been Raw for years and she knows what she is talking about, and If I don’t like it get out.. I did stand my ground letting her know what I felt, but the hosts ignore her ignorance against me, so I dropped myself from their raw food meetings and attend other raw food meetings here in San Diego.
However, that same week my daughter Tawana and her daughter Ayla, “my grand daughter” and I, made those delicious tacos and cheese cake for a Sunday lunch and it was so yummy….
Well, the only thing I am trying to figure out is when I drink green smoothies I have to go pee a whole lot, and I am in fear of traveling to Mexico which is next door, or going to an event when I drink a green smoothie, this is my only fear… Because once I tried drinking a green smoothie early in the morning right before I had to go to school, and I had to take 3 buses to the campus, anyway, I had to get off the bus twice rushing to find a bathroom, it felt so horrible waiting again and again for the bus especially in the rainy season..
Okay, you wanted to know how I was doing so here it is, Thank you for caring enough for me and my health.
I am learning something new every day about Raw Food.
Have a wonderful day..

Hahhaha! Great letter, Hoka. Thank you.
Since going raw I’ve found that I stay home for about 20 minutes after a meal. By then I’ve finished by bathroom call and am free of that until the next meal.

Hi Jim,
I have completed the Dr Ann Home Study Program and it has changed my life for the better. I feel energized and motivated, feelings I haven’t had for so long.
My wife is very impressed with the lifestyle and is also applying the principles to her own life and health.
Our daughter is 14 months old and we raise her on the principles of the Raw Living Food Lifestyle – she is radiant!
We are so impressed that we have been sharing Dr Ann’s wisdom with our friends, family and colleagues. This program has had such an impact on our lives that my wife and I have decided to spend our time assisting as many people as we can to experience the wisdom and health that comes from eating raw living foods.
Thank you for bringing this to the world and for carrying the torch for Dr Ann Wigmore. What Amazing Grace!

Hello and thank you for all of your hard work and sharing of the Raw Living Lifestyle.
I’m a new convert and would like to know what are the basic kitchen appliances I will need in order to switch over to a Raw Foods Lifestyle.
Thanks in advance for your reply,

Jim,
I have the original Dr. Ann home studdy course. Are the DVD’s the same in the new course? The reason I ask…I recently lost my DVD’s in a car accident. I am fine but my car did not make it. How would I go about replacing my DVD’s?
Thank you for all you do for us.
